It appears that Activision Blizzard is encouraging female staff to track their Menstrual cycles using the Ovia app. While the program is voluntary, staff are rewarding for volunteering with a $1 per day payment. This seems like data that could be abused and is another example of the horrendous working conditions in the game development sector. Would you put up with this?
