The media is arguing that housing prices “have hit the floor” due to a 0.1% month on month increase in national prices. At the same time, the US has decreased interest rates, which will have an effect on our largest trading partner, a huge Sydney developer has gone bust and Australian’s are in Mortgage stress and arrears. I don’t share their confidence.
